Arizona Chapter, American College of Surgeons MEMBERSHIP HOW DOES ONE BECOME A MEMBER OF THE ARIZONA CHAPTER Members in the chapter are classified as "Active", "Retired", and "Affiliate". Active members shall be Fellows and Associate Fellows of the American College of Surgeons residing or practicing in Arizona. Those surgeons who apply for membership must agree to comply with the bylaws of the organization. Affiliate members shall be resident and medical student members of the American College of Surgeons residing or practicing in Arizona and agree to comply with the bylaws of the organization.
